Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Germany, Netherlands, France: 2–4 business days
• Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Discovery Gear Europe cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties All orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For shipments outside the EU, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
